You can top up your Life and Travel cards at every outlet, via the Swiss Bankers app, in our customer portal or via online banking. Visit your bank to top up your Prime card.
You can change your PIN code of your prepaid credit card at ATMs and post office cash dispensers in Switzerland, via the Swiss Bankers app or by calling our customer service team.
Check transactions, account balance and more in your card account in the Swiss Bankers app. To do this, log in to the Swiss Bankers app.
